Instructions for Authors
In order to save overhead times during the sessions, all speakers will be requested to upload their presentations on the system in the lecture room during the break before their session. For this, please, have your presentation ready on an USB stick and prepared in a standard format (Powerpoint, LibreOffice, PDF). Please, note that times allocated in the program include time for discussion.
Should you prefer to use other software or hardware, please, bring along your own system and don't forget special adapters if required. But, please, note that time for setup will be accounted to the time allocated for your presentation.
The maximum space for poster presentations is A0 portrait format (width: 841 mm, height: 1189 mm). Poster spaces will be available for accepted abstracts only. Spaces will be labeled with the session name, the name of the presenting author, and the title of the submitted abstract. Posters will be up all week.
In addition we encourage you to submit an electronic version of your poster to be uploaded to the conference site. Please, submit your PDF by email to email@example.com until Friday, September 9th if you wish to make your poster available online.
All authors will have the opportunity to advertise their posters in a short oral presentation (one PDF slide only/ one minute time limit) during the Welcome Poster Session on Monday evening. We will also have a voting and prizes for the best posters during this session. PDFs for oral presentation have to be uploaded to the system in the lecture room before the poster session.
