Cancellation Policy
Your conference fee will be fully refunded if you cancel your registration until July 31. Partial (50%) refund will be available for cancellations until August 31. If you cancel later, you will have to pay the full registration fee. An administration fee of 30 € will be subtracted from all refunds.

*) Online attendance will be possible for the plenary sessions only but not for the splinter meetings.
