The Junge Astronomische Gesellschaft was founded in 2020 and offers formats to connect the younger members of the German Astronomical Society in accordance with its statutes and code of conduct. We would like to give you an overview of the initiatives of the working group and its organising members and ask for ideas and suggestions on what the Junge AG can do for you in the future and what you can do for the Junge AG. The main aspects that the members have asked us to cover are: jobs inside and outside astronomy, a better overview of the research topics available at the member institutes of the German Council of Observatories, as well as schools and splinter meetings in the context of the annual meeting of the German Astronomical Society.
