In this project, we report on the study of a candidate sample catalogue of hot subdwarfs with good parallaxes, using the Spectral Energy Distribution (SED) fitting method. This efficient approach allows us to determine the physical parameters of both single hot subdwarfs and binaries with composite SEDs, as well as to identify the cool companions of hot subdwarfs. The primary goal of this study is to clean the sample catalogue of sdO/Bs from any contamination and to create precise HR diagrams for both the hot subdwarfs and their associated cool companions. Furthermore, the analysis is extended to search for infrared excesses in sdO/B SEDs that cannot be attributed to a cool companion, allowing us to detect any cool disks and debris around the hot subdwarfs.
